ULF-Tec was established in 2001 on the basis of company founder Frank Stamm's many years of experience as a service specialist with well-known packaging machine manufacturers. Up until 2023, he and his wife Ulrike Stamm were still actively involved with our company, bringing new ideas, lending a hand and sharing their knowledge.

Kai Stamm joined the company in 2003 and has been Managing Director since 2018. He is supported commercially by his wife and authorized signatory Claudia Stamm, who has been with the company since 2002. Together they form a strong team that successfully manages our company.

The third generation joined the company in 2022. Since then, Lukas Stamm has been getting to grips with the business following his successful training as a mechatronics engineer. At the moment, he is still expanding his professional training, but he is already contributing to the company with fresh ideas and dedication. This ensures the continuity and continuation of ULF-Tec as a family business.
